Age Eligibility:

CPNS has three multi-age core classes allowing parents the opportunity to choose the class that best suits their family's needs.

To enroll in CPNS, children must be 2½ years or older by September 1 (born on or before March 1, 2010 for 2012-13 school year).

Our afternoon class is geared especially toward older preschoolers. Priority is given in that class to children who will be age eligible for Kindergarten the following September. The minimum age for the 4PM class is 3½ years by September 1 (born on or before March 1, 2009 for 2012-13 school year).

Our optional Pre-K class is for children who are age eligible for Kindergarten the following September (born on or before October 1, 2008). Children must be enrolled in the 4PM core class to be considered for Pre-K.

Children must be 3 years old as of June 1 to attend Summer Camp and have previously attended a CPNS core class.

Because gender and age balance in each class are important for optimal learning, these factors may be considered in class placement.

Schedules:

Core Programs:

We offer three multi-age core programs which meet 2 mornings (2AM), 3 mornings (3AM) or 4 afternoons (4PM) each week. Core classes run September through May each year.

2 day class (2AM)	T, TH	8:45 - 11:15 am
3 day class (3AM)	M, W, F	8:45 - 11:15 am
4 day class (4PM)	M, T, W, TH	12:30 - 3:00 pm

Pre-Kindergarten Program:

Pre-K classes are held two mornings per week, October through April:

M, W	11:00 am - 12:30 pm

Summer Camp:

We offer Summer Camp most years from early June through July for CPNS families. This year camp runs in two-week sessions on Tuesday - Thursday from 9:00 am 1:00 pm. Children must be 3 years old as of June 1 to attend. Parent participation is not required; Parents may voluntarily sign up to work for a reduction in fees.

Our monthly tuition schedule for core classes and Nursery is based on nine equal payments, beginning in September and ending in May.

*Tuition and Fees are subject to change. Financial Assistance through our Scholarship Fund is available.

To Register:

You must tour the school (or attend the Open House) then submit:

1. anApplication Form
2. a Job Preference Form (see Job Structure / Job Descriptions)
3. a $50 non-refundable registration fee (Applications will NOT be valid without a registration fee.)

2012-2013 School Year:

Priority registration for in-house and alumni students will take place January 9th through January 23rd. New families registration begins February 11th at our Open House. Our Open House is from 10am to noon. Mailed in registration forms will be processed after those submitted at the open house. Please remember, a tour is required for registration.
